Mission Statement
To evaluate, transport, and rehome companion animals to approved rescues and adopters. To assist homeless animals with their medical care, spay/neuter, and general welfare and in general give dogs and cats a higher chance of being adopted into appropriate homes. To promote the adoption of homeless animals and encourage spay and neuter through education and life saving programs.
About This Cause
Brown Dog Coalition and Rescue Ltd. is a registered 501(c)3 foster-based animal rescue in Hopkinton, MA dedicated to finding abandoned companion animals loving forever homes. We are an all color and all breed rescue that works with an overcrowded southern shelter to rescue adoptable dogs because every life matters. Every few weeks, we host adoption events for approved adopters to meet a dog by appointment. If a dog is in a Massachusetts foster home, we set up appointments for approved adopters based on availability. Brown Dog is volunteer-run and entirely foster-based, with no brick and mortar shelter facility.
