Mission Statement
The Nevada Hispanic Business Group is dedicated to bringing the Hispanic business community and non-Hispanic businesses together through our volunteer efforts, education, business development training, community relationships and advocacy. Our goal is to create opportunities for businesses to build relationships that will help increase exposure, product and service awareness, and affordable marketing opportunities as well as giving back to our community.
About This Cause
Nevada Hispanic Business Group Purpose: To become the formidable organization that best represents the Hispanic/Latino businesses and community in Nevada. The Nevada Hispanic Business Group is dedicated to bringing the Hispanic business community together through networking, business development, community relationships, education, volunteering in the community and advocacy. Our goal is to help small to mid-sized Hispanic and Non-Hispanic businesses network with other businesses to help increase exposure, product and service awareness, and affordable marketing opportunities. Networking is about building relationships. As you meet and network with other business professionals you will gain valuable referrals via other members. As an added value to your contacts, you will be able to refer them to others members with confidence. Objectives: The Organizations goals are to achieve the following objectives: A. To provide value and a return on investment for businesses through: 1. A better understanding and appreciation of the importance of businesses to our communities and working together to help in their success. 2. Networking with other professional and small business owners. 3. Promoting advocacy on a local, state and national level with our elected officials on issues that affect our businesses and community. 4. Outreach to all our members to better understand and address their needs. 5. Promote inclusion of diversity initiatives in procurement and supplier diversity within our business community. B. To promote business and community growth and development by: 1. Developing programs to strengthen and expand the economic potential of all businesses within the State of Nevada on a local and global scale. 2. Supporting civic, social, and cultural programs which increase the functional and aesthetic values of the community. 3. Addressing issues which inhibit business expansion and community growth. 4. Instructing, educating and aiding small businesspersons in the means for expanding their enterprises
