About This Cause
Music That Heals sends professional musical performances into healthcare facilities for ill children and adults. These performances take place in hospitals, hospice facilities, dialysis units, schools for special children, children's homeless shelters, healthcare lobbies, burn centers, and wherever else there is a need for such a service. Presently, the program is scheduling over 400 annual musical performances. Our musicians stroll various hospital units providing bedside concerts to patients as well as doing performances in lobby settings at hospitals, cancer centers and out-patient clinics.
