Mission Statement
Dads’ Liquid Therapy raises money for charity by creating events that gather groups of Dads’ together, enabling them to build personal and professional relationships while doing good.
About This Cause
Dads' Liquid Therapy was founded in Fort Collins, CO in 2013. We have a unique vision for raising funds. DLT Chapters typically meet monthly at local breweries, distilleries and bars that also have a desire to do good. We establish partnerships with these establishments, where we ask them to donate the first drink of the evening that the member would typically purchase (micro-brew or moderately price cocktail). Each Dad will then make a tax-deductible charitable contribution of approximately $5-$20 for that drink. Gatherings are typically held every 3rd Thursday of the month starting at 7pm. Anyone over the age of 21 is welcome to attend. Additional fundraisers, such as golf tournaments, are held throughout the year, giving the general public opportunities to donate funds. Donations then go into the Dads’ Liquid Therapy account. Monies are donated to organizations that that are helping dads locally and internationally to sustain their families through work. It is a great “excuse” to grab a drink, make new friends, and make the world a better place.
