Mission Statement
Our organization is dedicated to advancing the careers of black accountants and business professionals through education, support, and networking opportunities. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive community where our members can learn, grow, and succeed in their chosen fields. Through our programming and partnerships, we aim to increase the representation and visibility of black accountants and professionals within the wider business world. By fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment, we hope to inspire and support the next generation of leaders in accounting and business.
About This Cause
The Dallas-Fort Worth Alliance of Black Accountants is an organization dedicated to supporting and empowering black accountants, finance and business professionals in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our work is more important now than ever before, as we strive to address the systemic barriers and discrimination that have historically hindered the advancement of black professionals. We believe that by building partnerships with local organizations and businesses, we can help to create meaningful opportunities, as well as provide resources and support to our community. We are continually committed to helping college students prepare for successful careers in the accounting, finance, and business fields.
