Mission Statement
WTLC's mission is to help individuals and families escape the depths of exploitation.
About This Cause
Since 1976, WTLC has been creating a world where survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking can heal from trauma, restore their personhood, and live a happy and healthy life. As the oldest domestic violence service provider in Orange County and the third oldest in the nation, WTLC pioneers methods to push the boundaries on conventional approaches, taking lead from those we serve to ensure practices support survivors and their priorities. Over the past 44 years, WTLC and its supporters have provided critical services to over 200,000 survivors and their families. WTLC meets survivors and communities where they are by offering Bridge Housing, Supportive Services, and Prevention Education to the whole family.
