About This Cause
The International Law Institute is proud to have entered into a partnership with the International Finance Corporation to conduct technical training for customers of the IFC and relevant stakeholders involved in private sector country, and regional, development including government representatives, private sector officials, financial institutions, NGO’s, multilateral organizations, and legal practitioners. Programs are developed as joint certificate programs between the ILI and IFC. The objective will be to best equip participants with skills to understand legal, regulatory and commercial issues relating to private sector financing, so that they will be in a better position to lead private sector finance development initiatives in their respective countries. Programs will be offered to selective groups, on demand, in different locations globally approximately about twice a year. IFC Legal and ILI will also seek to partner with local organizations to help them establish local training programs to deliver greater impact over the long.
