About This Cause
Scholarship The Educational Foundation awards scholarships to members by recognizing merit and assisting with need for tuition and qualifying expenses. Health & Safety Education The Educational Foundation stands firm in its strong commitment to alcohol education and sexual assault prevention education for the Fraternity's pledges, members and chapters. Leadership Education The Educational Foundation recognizes that Phi Gamma Delta can be a powerful catalyst for developing future leaders. The chapter environment is ideal for experiencing the hands-on leadership lessons we teach our undergraduates. As a result, the Educational Foundation is committed to providing the best leadership training for the Fraternity's brothers. The Fraternity has partnered with Dr. Ken Blanchard (Cornell 1961), leadership consultant and author of more than 30 books, to create a custom leadership training program for Phi Gamma Delta. The Leadership Institute The Leadership Institute: Building Courageous Leaders is a five-day premier leadership experience that will empower brothers to work on real issues and challenges facing their personal lives, chapters, and communities. The Institute works through those chapter issues that are incongruent with the values and mission of Phi Gamma Delta.
