About This Cause
The St. Matthew community is rooted in service to others. This allows us to offer many opportunities for fellowship and outreach. Golden Seniors provides a place to go with activities for individuals 60 years of age or older. Jail Ministry gives hope to those who may be in chaos, by offering them a smile, a listening heart and treating the incarcerated with dignity and love. Mission Group serves the poor and needy, here and abroad. Refugee Support provides for the physical needs of St Matthew's parishioners who are recent refugees from other countries with life skills so they can adapt to a new culture. St. Vincent De Paul provides food, clothing, and limited financial assistance on an individual basis to those who are needy and live within the parish boundaries. Our Parish provides transportation to the 9:15 AM Sunday Mass to those who live within our parish boundaries and do not have transportation.
