About This Cause
The Bosco Catholic School System is located in Gilbertville, Iowa. The BCSS is part of the Archdiocese of Dubuque. The BCSS includes St. Joseph (PK), Immaculate Conception (K-8), and Don Bosco Catholic High School (9-12).Funds received can be designated by the donor. The Bosco Catholic School System has five major needs: 1 - Bosco Strong Annual Appeal. This program provides funds directly to the general account to assist in all areas of the school. 2 - Endowment. There are two endowment accounts. One for IC/SJ and one for Don Bosco Catholic High School. The endowment funds are use to assist each school's general account. This helps to lower tuition costs for all students. 3 - Tuition Assistance. There are two tuition assistance accounts. One for IC/SJ and one for Don Bosco Catholic High School. Families must apply for this local tuition through FACTS. Each year many families are able to attend the BCSS due to local tuition assistance. 4 - Technology Fund. There are two Technology fund accounts. One for IC/SJ and one for Don Bosco Catholic High School. These funds are used annually to keep the school, students, and staff up to date with technology as they prepare for the real world. 5 - Facilities/Maintenance Fund. There are two Facilities/Maintenance accounts. One for IC/SJ and one for Don Bosco Catholic High School. These funds are to keep the buildings in good repair through proper planning and scheduled upkeep.
