Mission Statement
The mission of Fremont Street Nursery is to provide quality childcare within the financial reach of families, which is safe, secure, and educationally appropriate for each child's needs and development.
About This Cause
A nonprofit preschool for lower income families. Fremont excepts children 6 weeks-12 years. We are open Monday-Friday, 6:30am-5:30pm. The preschool provides three nutritional meals daily. Each day the students will experience a Creative Curriculum program which is rich in theme-based activities. Included are areas involving Language Arts, Sensory Motor Skills, Social Awareness, Creative Arts and Discovery. Each classroom is organized around centers allowing our children to develop cognitive skills and self-awareness and practice social interaction. Children are assessed twice a year to ensure they have age appropriate skills and prepared for kindergarten.
