About This Cause
The NOVA Women’s Rugby Football Club aims to provide an opportunity for individuals in our area to participate in and grow the sport of rugby. NOVA WRFC will, at all times, endeavor to provide for the health, safety, and well-being of its players, coaches, and supporters. This goal will be achieved by promoting and developing NOVA Women’s Rugby Football Club’s core values of inclusivity, integrity, service, and respect. As a club serving the Northern Virginia community, it is imperative that NOVA always demonstrates a commitment to standing against homophobia, transphobia, racism, and any other discriminatory beliefs. NOVA WRFC values access, comfort, and equal opportunity for involvement of all individuals in the spirit of growing the sport of rugby.
