About This Cause

FoundCare, Inc. is a federally qualified health center that provides outpatient primary care services in Palm Beach County, Florida. Its comprehensive service array includes adult, pediatric, and geriatric primary care as well as basic dental services, women's health including screening mammography, behavioral health services and infectious disease. FoundCare operates seven sites throughout Palm Beach County, and offers all of its services on a sliding fee scale based on household size and income. No one is turned away for inability to pay.
