Chamorro Hands in Education Links Unity or CHE’LU is an organization committed to the preservation, promotion and perpetuation of Chamorro culture, language and health, and to unite the people of the Mariana Islands by celebrating the customs of the indigenous people.
About This Cause
Chamorro Hands in Education Links Unity (CHE'LU) was founded in San Diego, California and is sustained by San Diego-area volunteers. CHE’LU is dedicated to the Chamorro community by strengthening our native language, culture and health through education. CHE'LU is responsible for delivering the annual Chamorro Cultural Festival, the largest Chamorro gathering on the continental United States.
