Our mission is to care for those with serious illnesses or conditions, and their families, to help them live as fully and comfortably as possible.

About This Cause

We care for those with life limiting illnesses wherever a patient calls home: their own home, area nursing homes, assisted living and independent living communities and our Hospice Home in Burlington. In addition to hospice and palliative care services we provide dementia support services, grief and bereavement support and a KidsPath program for seriously ill children and their families.
