About This Cause
Our purpose is to raise awareness and funding for Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center, Novant Health Clemmons Medical Center, Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center and Novant Health Medical Park Hospital to benefit our patients and support team members. Our top priority fundraising initiative is for Family Connects, a nurse home visit program for all new mothers in Forsyth and Davidson counties. Other priority fundraising initiatives include an expansion of the Breast Health Center at Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center, mammograms for underserved women, and OB/GYN, NICU and spiritual care initiatives.
