Mission Statement
Carolina Boxer Rescue’s mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome boxers in need across the Carolinas and parts of Virginia. We are dedicated to providing compassionate care and finding loving forever homes for every dog we save, while promoting responsible pet ownership and educating the public about the joys of adopting boxers. Through our network of volunteers, fosters, and supporters, we strive to give each dog the second chance they deserve.
About This Cause
Carolina Boxer Rescue (CBR) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming boxers in need across North Carolina, South Carolina, and parts of Virginia. Founded on a passion for this beloved breed, CBR works tirelessly to ensure every boxer in its care finds a loving, permanent home. Our dedicated team of volunteers and foster families provides each dog with the medical attention, rehabilitation, and affection they need to thrive. Many of the boxers we rescue come from shelters, abusive situations, or homes that can no longer care for them. At CBR, we are more than a rescue—we are a community. Through events, fundraising efforts, and educational outreach, we strive to raise awareness about the importance of adoption, responsible pet ownership, and spaying/neutering. We believe every dog deserves a second chance and are committed to making that a reality for as many boxers as possible. From the playful pups to the seasoned seniors, we’re here to ensure every boxer finds their perfect forever family. Together, with the support of donors, sponsors, and volunteers, CBR is making a lasting difference—one wiggly tail at a time.
