About This Cause
Alzheimer's Family Services of Greater Beaufort is a local not for profit agency that provides education, respite and support to caregivers of persons with Alzheimer's disease. To accomplish this we offer a group social day program, an In-home respite program, an early memory loss program, support groups and individual support. Our funds are received through minimal service fees, fundraising activities, donations and memorials and local and state grants. All of our funds are used to provide our services to caregivers in our community.
