Mission Statement
AWARE rehabilitates Georgia's injured or orphaned native wildlife and educates the community about habitat preservation and peaceful coexistence.
About This Cause
AWARE treats approximately 1,800 wild animals a year. Every patient that can be released back to the wild is released back to the wild. We also educate the public by responding to thousands of inquires and presenting educational programs to about 7,000 people a year about coexisting with wildlife and preserving their habitat.
