Mission Statement
Atlanta Youth Academy is a Christian preparatory school for inner-city youth in Pre-Kindergarten through eighth grade who are willing to work hard and whose academic efforts are well-supported at home. Through an investment-partnership model between donors and our tuition paying parents, AYA exposes students who otherwise would not have access to such opportunity to life-changing experiences, launching them to a bright future in high school, college and beyond. Unlike public, charter and other independent schools in the inner-city, only AYA offers a Christ-centered experience for its students, families and community--in a way that teaches them who they are and whose they are.
About This Cause
The Atlanta Youth Academy Foundation exists to advance the Kingdom of God by providing the funding necessary to offer students of Atlanta Youth Academy an excellent, Christ-centered education regardless of their families' economic status. As students are empowered at AYA, they will utilize their gifts and resources for the Kingdom of God and in turn help others in their communities. Additionally, the vision is to serve as Christian witnesses to all, regardless of race, creed, resources or religion, by exemplifying a contagious spirit of benevolence.
