Mission Statement
We are a bunch of imperfect people from all walks of life who want to live our faith out as love for others. As a United Methodist Church we seek to uphold John Wesley's ideal: to do all the good we can, in all the ways we can, to all the souls we can, in every place we can, at all the times we can, with all the zeal we can, as long as ever we can. These values are evident in our ministries, our services, and through the commitment of our staff. Hope is for everyone.
About This Cause
Hope Miami Lakes United Methodist Church provides ministries that empower, services that transform minds and hearts to enact love of neighbor, preschools that raise children up in unconditional love, provides instructional programs on social justice issues, and offers the community a place to bring their families and participate in belonging. We have after school tutoring for children in our area, and many of them are Spanish-speaking only. We host Boy Scout and Girl Scout groups. Additionally, our Celebrate Recovery program is a twelve-step program designed to be a safe harbor for those experiencing substance abuse issues.
