About This Cause
Tampa Bay CDC d/b/a Suncoast Housing Connections is a 41 year old affordable housing organization working throughout Pinellas and Pasco counties. Our Motto is: We Teach, We lend, We Build. We have had over 40,000 people attend our homebuyer education and financial fitness classes. We have made over 5,000 down payment assistance loans and built over 620 homes. We own 11 affordable rental units and are seeking more opportunities to create more. We are moving into the energy efficiency/healthy homes arena with our first net zero home and planning on building 4 more in 2023.
