Vision, Values and Why VNA was founded over 45 years ago with a focus on providing excellent home-based care in our community. As a non-profit organization, our goal is to provide our patients with the highest quality care regardless of their ability to pay. Through the generosity of our donors, the VNA & Hospice Foundation is able to support the programs and services of the VNA of the Treasure Coast. What’s our ‘Why?’ Collaborating as a team to provide excellent care to patients and families – with integrity, compassion, knowledge, and love – so that patients experience optimal quality of life at all times.
