Mission Statement

The Field Station Cooperative Preschool is dedicated to teaching children by exploring their natural environment. In doing so, it seeks to develop in all of its students a love of learning, critical and independent thinking, creativity and imagination, social skills and improved self-confidence and self-esteem. By practicing these teaching methods, the Field Station aims to promote long range environmental stewardship while reaching the academic goals needed to prepare students for kindergarten.
