About This Cause
Tamil Manram is a secular, non-profit organization and has been in operation since 1980. Over the last 35 years, it has supported the growth of the Tamil-speaking community in the San Francisco Bay Area through fostering various cultural, arts, and educational activities. It also raises funds and leads activities to support many social causes. Currently, it is coordinating the efforts to help the people in Chennai, India who are gravely affected by the floods caused by torrential rains.
