It is the mission of Scouting America to serve others by helping to instill values in young people and in other ways prepare them to make ethical choices over their lifetime in achieving their full potential.

About This Cause

Provide young people positive role models and age-appropriate programs to instill values that will last a lifetime. Scouting is offered to children ages 6 - 20. Cub Scouts grades 1 - 5; ScoutsBSA Troops ages 11-18; Venturing and Exploring/Learning for Life grades 9 - 12.
