Mission Statement
Increase the organized capacity for people to care for one another. The solutions we enable our partner agencies to create for the Wiregrass go beyond short-term charity for a few. We all benefit when a child succeeds in school, when someone finds a job that helps them provide for their family, or when people are equipped to make safe, healthy choice. That translates into a safer, healthier and more prosperous community for everyone.
About This Cause
The United Way agencies in our six county region work hard throughout the year to help youth succeed, meet basic needs, strengthen families and individuals, and serve those with special needs. Without contributions from you and many others, their work could not continue. The Wiregrass United Way is working to bring together as many individuals, businesses and organizations as possible to have the greatest impact in our area. It is because of faithful donors that we can achieve our goals and reach out a helping hand to those in need. Winning doesn’t happen alone. Working together we can achieve great success.
