Mission Statement
Keep Manatee Beautiful is the Keep America Beautiful affiliate for Manatee County dedicated to promoting community awareness and involvement in litter prevention, recycling and beautification throughout Manatee County.
About This Cause
Keep Manatee Beautiful has been an integral part of our community stemming back to 1991. Local residents and businesses continue to provide support to our organization for the betterment of our community’s appearance, cleanliness and quality of life. Our events and programs in Manatee County have a significant purpose and effect on the community whether it is keeping our shores, roads and highways litter-free; planting trees at our beaches, parks and gateways; or reducing waste through recycling. We coordinate these efforts to maintain our beautiful community and the environment we call home. Keep Manatee Beautiful’s team of more than 10,000 volunteers is making visible improvements with the programs and events below.
