HSPR is a nonprofit organization based in PR that promotes responsible social commitment for the animal's benefit.
About This Cause
Funded in 1958 has served our community for more than 60 years. Services offered: low-cost spaying and neutering to stop overpopulation. It also provides low-cost preventive veterinary services to promote good public health. We operate with over 30 volunteers and find homes for almost 1,000 pets annually.
