About This Cause
The Youth Service Bureau was founded in 1981 to provide advocacy, counseling, education, and intervention for at-risk youth and their families, helping them reach their full potential. Our CASA program trains volunteers who advocate for abused children. Our Crossroads program is a delinquency intervention for juveniles who have broken the law. Options is a licensed outpatient adolescent substance abuse treatment program. FINS helps prevent juvenile delinquency and TASC is a truancy prevention program with resources and support for students and their families. The Youth Service Bureau serves St. Tammany and Washington parishes.
