Mission Statement

The mission of the University of Texas Foundation is to advance education through financial support of The University of Texas System, including all of its branches, departments, schools and colleges at its fifteen institutions, to improve its research, teaching, scholarship, faculties and facilities.

The University of Texas Foundation was established by the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System in 1967 to accept and manage gifts in support of the UT System and its now 14 institutions. The University of Texas Foundation as a 501c3 public charity, processed funds on behalf of all of the University of Texas Institutions.
