About This Cause
DFW Humane Society is a no-kill, non-profit animal welfare organization since 1967. We may be a small shelter, but we're powered by a passionate team of staff and volunteers with big hearts. We take pride in helping people find the perfect pet match and offering support every step of the way. Our focus is on rescuing animals from overcrowded shelters-giving them the time and care they need to find loving homes. We're also growing community programs like our pet food pantry and medical assistance support for families in need. Whether it's attending local events or career fairs, we love connecting with our community and sharing the joy that pets bring.
