Home At Last Animal Haven, Inc (HALAH) is an animal rescue organization striving to provide a second chance at life for friendless animals. Home At Last is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and receives no government funding, depending entirely on kind donations from individuals or businesses to care for our animals.
