Mission Statement
MACC preschool is a non-profit organization. We enroll children 2 years - 6 years of age. Our Philosophy: We believe that children learn best through play and hands-on experience. We put our philosophy into practice by: Asking open-ended questions. Providing children with hands-on, project-oriented activities, both individually and in groups. Group projects allow students to practice cooperation and self-expression with their peers. Providing skills and tools to allow children to resolve their own conflicts. Promoting their own self-help skills by encouraging them to do things for themselves when developmentally appropriate. Promoting emotional development by modeling acceptable expressive language and behavior. We love to play and get messy. MACC has always been more than a school, it’s a community. MACC has provided an avenue for both children and their parents to build meaningful friendships and create a community of support.
