About This Cause
Union Gospel Mission of Missoula dba Hope Rescue Mission is a point of entry for those in need that are homeless or in danger of becoming homeless. Our HOT Teams reach out to to those living on the streets and in camps to provide for basic needs. Our 549Hope hotline is a central call system for benevolence needs of all kinds. Our women and children's recovery program Grace House is a one year program designed to prepare women and women with children for living on their own after a variety of situations have resulted in homelessness. Our Hope Thrift Boutique provides mentoring and work experience for the unemployed, recycles soft goods, and sells used goods of all kinds to benefit our programs. The Temporary Safe Outdoor Space (TSOS) provides a place for those in search of permanent housing to stay while getting connected to resources and awaiting housing.
