About This Cause
The Bliss & Wisdom Culture & Education Organization (BWCEO) began with a belief that education is the pivot to the rise and fall of humankind. Individually, there have been an overemphasis on the self-centered pursuit of academic achievement and materialistic values. Globally, there have been great division of humankind due to racial, cultural, and religious differences. Therefore, a balanced approach in education becomes especially important to the 21st global society. With the above understanding, we believe it is essential to: First, provide the vision, resources and leadership for teachers, students, parents, individuals, and communities on developing ethical principles. Second, engage global citizens to be committed in building understanding, respect, care, harmony, and peace in their communities and the world. We are committed to: Promote purification of the mind; cultivate perfect character. Reestablish ethical values; disseminate cultural traditions. Elevate spiritual development; create a harmonious world. We achieve our mission by: Creating a caring and positive learning environment for students to gain true understandings of the social and ethical world around them. Then they can apply their understandings in their lives so that they would develop morally, intellectually, physically, and socially. This empowers them to become a healthy and happy members of their families, communities, and the world. Providing a curriculum designed for parents to encourage dialogue and mutual support to complement the learning and growth of their children. Offering high-quality professional development programs for teachers. Fostering intercultural and cross-cultural dialogues, encouraging local and international collaborative research, leadership, and professional development that are inlined with our mission.
