Mission Statement
To help relieve hunger by providing food and other necessities to those in need in our communities.
About This Cause
We do food drives on a regular basis. The food we collect is distributed to help feed the poor, at risk families, youth, veterans and the homeless. (totaling around 2000 plus people a month). We operate entirely with a volunteer workforce. Items that we supply as well like baby diapers, baby food, wipes, hygiene products like shavers and shaving cream, deodorant, shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste etc., are purchased with the financial support of donors. We do not get these items on our regular food drives, so financial support is needed on a regular basis. All funds go directly to purchasing these items. Our goal is not only to continue what we are currently doing but to expand more by being able to help those financially when needed. There is a lot of need out there that is why we started Helping Hands Food Drives Inc. Our heart is for those just struggling to make ends meet.
