Mission Statement
Red Oak Animal Rescue is a small non-profit organization located in New Richmond, Ohio. We started our rescue from our 22 acre farm more than 10 years ago. Today, we have may species including 25 pt belly pigs, 2 large 'meat' pigs, 2 Jersey steers, 2 Alpacas, a donkey, a badly behaved goat & horses. Our mission has always been to provide a safe and peaceful forever home for abused and neglected animals.
About This Cause
All of the animals have a unique personality and provide a service by educating the general public in animal care and management. In 2016 we attained our nonprofit status when our intake of animals exceeded what our private funds could cover. Sadly, the need for rescue is always greater than the funds we can raise.
