Mission Statement
Ruff Luck Dog Rescue is a foster home based dog rescue serving Northern IL and WI. Volunteers donate their time and resources to rescue, rehabilitate, foster, and re-home all breeds of homeless dogs at risk of being euthanized in local and rural shelters.
About This Cause
Ruff Luck Dog Rescue is registered and licensed by Department of Agriculture in the states of Wisconsin and IL. We do not own a formal shelter or kennel. All dogs that are taken in by Ruff Luck are safe from harm and moved to a foster home where they receive individual attention, medical care, and a place to regain their ability to bond with people, if needed. The foster home environment allows us to discover know each dog’s unique personality, aiding us in finding the best possible home that fits his/her needs. Each dog will remain with Ruff Luck until he/she is adopted into a permanent home. Unless specified, your donation will go to our medical and transit fund. All too often, dogs are euthanized for easily curable conditions. Your gift will allow us to save more dogs with medical needs.
