We envision a society where all young people are given the tools to live with well-being, resilience, and the ability to shape a better world. Our mission is to build the next generation of leaders with relatable, sustainable, and transformational mental health programs for youth in underserved communities.
About This Cause
One Solution addresses social challenges through mental health education and youth mentorship, especially in under-resourced and neglected communities. Intervention: Unhealthy minds innocently create problems in the world. However, people are born with healthy minds and an innate capacity to thrive and contribute to society. In our work, we’ve seen that it’s possible to reconnect people with their innate resilience and discover new ways of thinking that foster sustainable mental health and wellness. Prevention: Healthy minds equal a healthy world. It is easiest to prevent problems by establishing a solid foundation for health and well-being in society. Large-scale education about the mind and resilience can boost the overall mental health of the world and prevent social and global problems at the source. Innovation: The ability to dissolve old habits of thinking and tap into new ideas is the greatest asset of the human mind. Our capacity to innovate allows us to improve and even revolutionize the systems that organize our societies. Understanding our source of innovation is fundamental to creating a better world.
