About This Cause
BridgeYear knows that access to affordable educational pathways to stable, living-wage employment begins with a clear understanding of potential job opportunities, day-to-day functions of these jobs, and the education credentials required to obtain those jobs. BridgeYear Career Test Drives are hands-on, engaging career simulations in high-growth, well-paid careers that allow students to "try on" a career to assess personal fit. BridgeYear also pairs students with advisors who are able to provide the nonjudgmental guidance and support to ensure college matriculation and success.
