About This Cause
Blossom Foundation will offer programs for participants to conduct in-depth study into Yoga, its theory and practice. yogaś-citta-vr̥tti-nirodhaḥ - stilling the mind in order to experience The Ultimate Reality. The programs will teach participants theory and techniques to achieve a state of concentration that enables one to realize their potential, through refinement of various postures and breathing techniques. We will be an active member of the community in the County by providing year-around support as needed, including: · Soup kitchens · Delivering lunch bags to shelters · Collecting and delivering school supplies
