Mission Statement
Cristo Rey Miami High School is a Catholic learning community that educates young people of limited economic means to become men and women of faith, purpose and service. Through a rigorous college preparatory curriculum, integrated with a relevant work study experience, students graduate ready to succeed in college and in life.
About This Cause
Cristo Rey Miami High School empowers students in communities where there are limited quality education options. We develop their minds, hearts and work ethic to become life-long contributors to society. What sets us apart is our Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP), which enables students to earn more than half of their tuition, gain valuable work experience and realize the relevance of their education. Through CWSP, students work one day a week at one of Miami’s leading corporations. The combination of classroom and workplace learning, prepares Cristo Rey students to be college-ready and career-prepared! Your support, whether through jobs or financial contribution provides a world of opportunities to Miami’s most vulnerable and impacts our community for generations to come. A gift this year will dedicate immediate resources to renovate facilities; establish technology and infrastructure; hire high-quality faculty and staff and equip our students with the tools to succeed.
