The Feminist Institute is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to collecting, digitizing and sharing the rich history of feminist art, humanities, politics and business, and making our archive globally accessible – for free.
About This Cause
Today, the collective works of significant feminist thinkers are not widely available or easily accessed. Instead, they are scattered across multiple universities, organizations and private collections. To further the spread of feminist values, these works need to be made available in a way that can be easily accessed, shared and distributed. The Feminist Institute was formed to establish a comprehensive, cross-disciplinary, digital archive of materials from significant feminist thinkers to enable students and researchers worldwide to conveniently access and study this vital canon of work.
