Mission Statement
The mission of the Circle Ranch is to provide homes for foster families who provide short-term, long-term, respite, and emergency care to children who are in need of a safe and nurturing environment due to not having a parent who is willing or able to care for them. Circle Ranch is especially important in an instance where there are multiple siblings being placed into the child welfare system. Because of the larger size of the homes provide at Circle Ranch, the foster families are typically able to accept placement of these siblings to prevent them being separated from one another at such a traumatic time in their lives. The Circle Ranch is a Christ-centered outreach ministry providing care and support to families and individuals who dedicate their lives to helping and serving children who are navigating the child welfare system.
About This Cause
We endeavor to make Circle Ranch a vibrant place where children and families within the foster care system can grow and flourish. Financial contributions are critical for general operating expenses to provide homes at Circle Ranch, but there are several other ways that groups, organizations, businesses, families, and individuals can help. Opportunities to serve range from utilizing building & maintenance skills, general grounds maintenance, to providing onsite childcare during various foster family training, and much more. Circle Ranch serves both Morgan & Lawrence Counties and has provided homes for over 40% of the foster placements by DHR. We also provide training, fellowship, networking opportunities, and just plain fun seasonal events for foster, adoptive, and kinship families from Morgan & Lawrence Counites.
