About This Cause
The Hustlers Guild (HG) is a 501 (c)(3), a capacity building organization founded by policy experts with over 15 years of experience whose mission is to educate and expose students of low-income households to careers in entertainment. Since 2017, HG has provided free services to over 864K middle, high school, and college students across the country. Provided programming to students nationwide that have impacted 864K students. We’ve managed to acquire: 45 celebrities, 777K social media impressions/ engagement, $50k worth of tech provided to over 2,000 Black kids from low income neighborhoods. We reach 1,800 + HBCU students currently enrolled into semester professional development and recruitment workshops, with 100% attendance. Created Hustlers Hangouts, an e-learning/e-support platform for students to aid them during the digital divide of the COVID-19 pandemic. Student enrollment exceeded initial goal by 392%, student waitlist.
