Our mission is mobility, now in 2025 our mission statement is ...........GLOBAL Mobility is our Mission....... We hand build wheelchairs for toddler sized children who otherwise wouldn’t have access to a one and we provide them for free.
About This Cause
Our organization is committed to building and providing FREE wheelchairs to children across the globe. Our chairs are hand built and customized to the child’s needs and then provided to the families free of charge. The only cost a family will incur is the actual shipping cost ($62.40 to $74 within the US). Our chairs are designed to not only provide children with mobility, but also help them build strength, develop hand-eye coordination, and create a sense of independence. These added benefits can help a child be more socially and physically independent than a child who doesn’t have access to a chair. We are 100% donation driven and ship on average one chair per day to a child in need. This organization was started because this need for mobility hit home when Bella was born into our family in 2015 and was diagnosed with Spina Bifida. After building Bella’s first chair in mid-2016, we saw just how much improvement in not only Bella’s physical quality of life but also her emotional well being. In March of 2017 we decided to build these chairs for other children who have a need for mobility. Initially we focused on children with Spina Bifida but have since moved on to helping ANY CHILD WITH MOBILITY CHALLENGES. Now 2025 our lil chairs have given children in 67 countries around the world the opportunity of mobility and independence...... Globally over 3000 chairs rollin This is a labor of love and we can only continue on our mission of mobility with the support of donations.
