Mission Statement

The Friends of Sihora Clinic (FOSC) support the efforts to restore the Sihora Clinic in rural India, for the purpose of reaching the community with public health services and the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We aim to connect culturally diverse people to work together to show God’s love across the globe.

About This Cause

A. ABOUT FRIENDS OF SIHORA CLINIC (FOSC): 12 years ago, a friendship between Lynn Kuehn and the staff at the Sihora Clinic blossomed into the Friends of Sihora Clinic (FOSC). As a partnership organization, we support and enable the clinic to grow and reach more people with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are passionate about: - HEALTHCARE: Healthcare is one of the most effective ways to show God’s love to individuals who have nowhere to go for help. - PERSONAL CONNECTION: The ministry is based on strong personal connections of people who are passionate about this work. - FACILITY & INFRASTRUCTURE: The facility and infrastructure are in good condition and ready to be utilized for serving the people. - INDIAN CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP: Working with an Indian Christian Fellowship reduces unnecessary attention by the government. - LEAST REACHED POPULATION: Only 2.3% of India's population is Christian. That equals 1.3 billion non-believers and 1,500+ language groups without Christ. B. FOSC HIGHLIGHTS: PEOPLE SERVED: 3600+ FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS: 5+ MISSION TRIPS: 6+ C.
