About This Cause
The Miracles for Mya foundation is a non-profit organization in the name of Mya Tinajero who lost her battle with cancer in March 2017. Mya was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma stage IV in January 2011, when she was only 4 years old. Mya was an amazing spirit who was always happy, smiling, and never complaining. Overall, our mission is to help families in the community affected by cancer with a focus on pediatrics; we grant small "wishes", give gifts and gift cards, and help provide financial support to these families.
