Mission Statement
SFBA’s main goal has always been to Bring Baseball Back to The City by providing opportunities for youth in sports through skill development, competitive team play and specialized clinics. Our goal of Bringing Baseball Back to The City is for players to sharpen their skills in the game we all love through hard-work, discipline, teamwork and physical fitness to reach their best. The programs are designed to encourage players through the values of sportsmanship and fair play, while developing qualities of citizenship, courage and loyalty. Developing players on and off the field to reach their full potential will continue to be on the forefront of the SFBA's goals.
About This Cause
The SFBA is an indoor training facility that specializes in developing athletes of all ages. Our goal is to help create a positive and nurturing learning environment for players of all ages and skill sets so we can continue to help the community come together through activity. SFBA’s primary revenue sources is expected to be from lessons, group classes and skill development clinics from those who can could afford the fees. With additional revenue from fundraising activities and donations, SFBA intends to open its clinics and classes to additional youth who may not previously been able to afford the services so no player is left behind. These youth will learn baseball skills that go beyond the cages and transfer to classroom and home life. With a solid foundation of dedicated, passionate coaches along with the leadership and vision of its founder Michael Aicardi, SFBA is poised for success. Our ability as a public charity will only promote more growth and provide more opportunities for young athletes to develop skills in an atmosphere that fosters teamwork and good sportsmanship while building confidence and a sense of accomplishment.
